How the project-matching service works
South Florida Garage Match is an independent matching service. You tell us what you need; we review your request and connect it with the contractor, among the many we work with, whose services, territory and availability fit best.
We work with independent contractors
We are not the construction company performing the work. Depending on the project, location and availability, you may be matched with different independent contractors. We do not promise that a particular contractor will accept a request.
What the contractor handles
The contractor who accepts your project is responsible for evaluating the property and the project, preparing any estimate or proposal, signing a construction contract with you, determining applicable permits and approvals, performing the work and providing any applicable warranties.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee contractor availability.
- We do not guarantee a project will be approved, permitted or technically feasible.
- We do not set the contractor's construction price.
- We do not supervise or guarantee construction performance.
- We do not guarantee that a submitted request will result in a project.
Information sharing
When you submit a request, you authorize us to use the information you provide to respond to it and, where appropriate, to share the necessary information with an independent contractor so they can evaluate and respond to your project.
